State-of-the-art production plants for foundry and machining operations

Core making department

The core making department produces both cold-box and hot-box cores, essential for creating the internal cavities of castings.

Molding

Molding is carried out using sand molds designed to ensure uniformity, strength, and repeatability.

Melting

The melting facilities use electric and induction furnaces for the production of cast iron and stainless steel alloys.

Finishing

The finishing stage includes deburring, washing, inspection, and 100% final checks of all castings.
