State-of-the-art production plants for foundry and machining
Cores production department
The cores production department produces cold-box and hot-box cores, essential for creating the internal cavities of castings.
Molding
Molding is carried out using sand molds designed to ensure uniformity, strength, and repeatability.
Melting
The melting is performed using electric and induction furnaces to produce cast iron and stainless steel components in different alloys.
Finishing
The finishing phase includes deburring, washing, inspection, and 100% final checks of all castings.
